Providence, R.I. Bruce Marshall Selya (b. 1931) is a federal judge on senior status with the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. He joined the court in 1986 after being nominated by President Ronald Reagan. Prior to his service on the First Circuit, Selya served on the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
