Megan Mullally (født 12. november 1958) er en amerikansk skuespillerinde, komiker og sangerinde. Hun er bedst kendt for at spille Karen Walker i NBC ' sitcom Will & Grace (1998-2006, 2017-2020), for hvilken rolle hun modtog otte Primetime Emmy Award- nomineringer for "Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series", hvor hun vandt to gange i 2000 og 2006.
