Lolo Soetoro was born on 2 January 1935, in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia as the son of Mr Martodihardjo. He married Joan Forsyth in 1964. He died on 2 March 1987, in Jakarta, Indonesia, at the age of 52, and was buried in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Lolo Soetoro and Dunham divorced on November 5, 1980; Lolo Soetoro married Erna Kustina in 1980 and had two children, a son, Yusuf Aji Soetoro (born 1981), and daughter, Rahayu Nurmaida Soetoro (born 1987). Lolo Soetoro died, age 52, on March 2, 1987, due to liver failure.
