If you are a Tommy Bolin fan this is a must. If you a classic rock fan who loves fantastic guitar this is a must. Great song writing also. Now waiting on the repress of James Gang "Miami ...

From 1974 come the James Gang’s ‘Bang’ and ‘Miami’. Both albums feature Tommy Bolin who replaced Dominic Trolano, who himself had replaced Joe Walsh. Bolin remained with the band for these two albums before leaving to join Deep Purple. Both recordings made the US Top 200. Digitally remastered and slipcased and with new notes.

Nach der Veröffentlichung von zwei weiteren Alben, Thirds und James Gang live in Concert, verließ Walsh die Band, um nach einer kurzen Solokarriere zu den Eagles zu stoßen. Nach einigen weiteren Neu-/Umbesetzungen, u. a. mit Tommy Bolin, löste sich die Band 1976 auf.
