Using this form may NOT get your student excuse due to the new form. If you have a problem logging in use your students email to get into google and then use your parent email to fill out the form.

Sierra Vista High School. Students who challenge themselves in dual enrollment courses will be supported by Sierra Vista teachers who have been approved by UNR to teach college courses in our school, as well as have the opportunity to receive additional support in a college support period during their school day.
The Nevada State Board of Education has established the Nevada End of Course Assessment Transition model to assist with understanding Nevada’s high school graduation requirements. For students in the Class of 2017 and the Class of 2018, the graduation requirement for the EOC exams is participation only and students must pass the four courses aligned to the EOCs.
