The problem is that Sage payroll reflects the bursary on the pay slip as a fringe benefit correctly, but does not add it to the nett pay of the employee on the pay slip or on any of the Sage Payroll reports.

Há 19 horas · With respect to the reference to Grenada, it is interesting to note that in April 2023, the Grenada Government, and the Grenada Union of Teachers (GUT), inked a multi-year agreement for salary increase and other fringe benefits covering the period 2023-2025. This agreement was followed by successful negotiations that commenced in December 2022.

When i add a non-taxable bursary (basic education) (Sars 3815) to employees payslip, it shows on payslip under the Fringe Benefits heading correctly and as expected. It does not however appear under the Earnings heading also and does therefor not get automatically added to the nett pay amount on the payslip.
