The Dias Law Lecture and Lunch 2024. Mickey Dias was a much loved Law Fellow from 1955 until his death in 2009. Magdalene has instituted an annual lecture in his memory and we are delighted to announce that the first Dias Lecture will be given by Mickey’s daughter, Dame Julia Dias DBE (the Hon. Mrs Justice Dias), on 15 June 2024.
Magdalene College (/ ˈ m ɔː d l ɪ n / MAWD-lin) is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. The college was founded in 1428 as a Benedictine hostel, in time coming to be known as Buckingham College, before being refounded in 1542 as the College of St Mary Magdalene.

With an intake of around 105 new undergraduates each year it is possible to get to know all your fellow students!
