I've recently purchased Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part - I game through online store. As soon as I got it, I tried to installed and it successfully installed, but I'm not able to play it. When I try to open it, it freezes and when I click on anywhere in the screen, it shows that it is stopped working and crashes everytime.
I just tried to install Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 through Origin. When I try to install the game I keep failing the release date check. My internet connection is fine and all my anti virus/firewalls are disabled.

The game runs well until we get to the Abandoned Substation encounter, it sits there and says loading but never goes to the next part. Help! My son is quite frustrated and naturally would like to progress further.
