27 de out. de 2023 · I don't drive UBER in Brasil. I use it as a travel phone and order UBER rides with it sometimes. A factory reset had no effect FWIW. I cannot login to my partners.uber.com account from my laptop or I-Pad either, or the UBER driver and rider app from my I-Pad, so, the problem is not in any of my devices, it is with UBER somewhere in my account.

I find any device larger than phablets too distracting or take up too much real estate on the dash. I guess I could use it to check local rider vs driver but the way I drive I don't really have a use for that.
1 de jul. de 2019 · About this mandatory education: There are six learning modules that cover topics of safety, harassment, discrimination, disability, impairment and vehicle maintenance. You'll be required to watch a series of videos and answer some short questions after each. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
7 de ago. de 2023 · I can't go online today it says: Go online from a different device. Unable to Authenticate device. When I contacted support they seem send an email that it might be a rooted/jailbroken device. But it's just the regular Google Pixel 6 with Android 13. I tried clearing the app data, uninstalling the app and rebooting the phone.
4 de ago. de 2021 · If you recently joined and haven't been able to go online since getting activated here's some things to confirm from a month of hell trying to get my app online. 1. Make sure all documents have been submitted and approved. Open app, hamburger menu button, account, documents. Everything should be green with a check mark.

Hello, Im trying to login to the driver app. Started driving before the pandemic and stopped once the first wave began. Now I wanted to go back and login to the app but its connected to my previous number which I haven't got access to because I've changed numbers.
