  8. Purely in terms of tuition, Oxford. Harvard is a great brand name so usually that's the pinch when comparing with other universities but Oxford is an equally excellent brand, especially for PPE. As an undergraduate, Oxford will give you a far superior experience to Harvard. When you're looking to complete a PhD then we'd need to reassess.
