To properly configure the external gateway information for the portal config, navigate to: Network > GlobalProtect > Portals > Portal profile > Agent tab > Agent config profile > External tab. Make sure that you add both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. NOTE: Gateway selection based on source location for IPv6 is NOT supported.
7 de jul. de 2022 · Hi, Is there a way to clear cached Global Protect credentials on a Windows 10 machine? The user has put in the wrong username and every time it goes to reconnect it reverts to the old credentials even though the new ones are successful. Client version is 5.2.11. Thanks

9 de fev. de 2024 · Then it progressed to not allowing me to reconnect until I did a full system restart and restarted my router. Now, as of last week, I am having the same issue as the original poster - when global protect is connected all of our intranet sites plus our Microsoft 365 apps will work but all external websites i.e. Google won't connect.
