To get rid of these files, select them all by pressing Ctrl + A on your keyboard, right-click on any one file, and select the Delete option. I'll be glad to assist you today. To remove the account, kindly open the Windows setting by pressing Windows key + i. In the settings go to Accounts > Email & Accounts.
