23 de mar. de 2020 · Hey man i managed to solve the problem ! You need to turn off the fast boot in the option or in your BIOS it depends on your motherboard. For example it is only when i changed my motherboard that this problem started. And i went into my BIOS and turned off the fast boot and then these errors immediatly stopped.

Did you try disabling gpu or chipset driver?, the most of times kernel power would be caused by a needed driver, usually, if you have issues that you can trace to a driver, then windows would not fix (except ram, hdd and wifi).
