If you have the relevant Sky package that allows you to view Netflix via your Sky account on a second device then all you should need to do is to login to the Netflix app with your usual Sky ID and password. I said you'll have to change them back or perhaps Netflix can restore them somehow. 3. That's why I said call Netflix and not Sky. View this Answer within the discussion.

27 de out. de 2023 · I have recently got Sky Stream along with Netflix. I don't have TV. I am watching Sky TV using SkyGo on mobile and laptops. When I am logging into Netflix with Sky ID, it's saying unknown user. How I can login to Netflix using Sky ID? Can someone please help.

If you have Netflix as part of your Sky subscription and you have the relevant package in place that allows you to view at least two screens then you should be able to use your Sky ID to login to Netflix. I don't have a Netflix account so unsure how to log in. I'm sceptical of signing up on the Netflix website and giving over my billing details and being doubled charged.

6 de fev. de 2024 · Before I changed my billing from Netflix to Sky I was able to login to the Netflix app on the Sky Q box only thing that has changed is that I'm now billed via Sky and paying less. Like I said I don't always use the Netflix app on the Sky Q box but choose to be billed via Sky than directly by Netflix to watch the same content.
24 de set. de 2023 · To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains. Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains. Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber.
