13 de ago. de 2024 · Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".
21 de set. de 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.

18 de jul. de 2024 · The new Santander App now has a function to deposit cheques. However, it isn't working for me. Samsung S21 or Samsung S10. It used to work on the old app. It reads the data in off the cheque but then tells me that the photo is of poor quality. When I finally got through to the "help" desk. I was told that "the app is working, it is telling you what the problem is". I asked ...
11 de jan. de 2024 · Spoke to who I bank with, Santander and they have said I can switch over to another of their debit accounts with no impact on my direct debits, payroll i.e. account number etc. Only thing is the APR is 10% lower but also has a £30 monthly cap and no added charges. I am currently paying an overdraft fee averaging £70 a month.

16 de dez. de 2022 · 16 December 2022 at 12:12PM. I've got a Santander 123 account (not Lite) which pays interest of 1.5% and 3% cashback on bills. The fee is £2. I'm thinking of changing this to an Edge account which pays no interest, the fee is £3 and just 1% cashback on bills. However, it does have the 4% savings account.
