The vast neighborhood is comprised of many sub-districts (including the popular Condado) and is located on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico, sitting between Old San Juan to the east and Isla Verde to the west.
There still some sore spots which will most likely see major changes, but in general Santurce is becoming one of those districts in Puerto Rico where the mix of art decco and modern architecture create a splendid new habitat for city dwellers.
