Saint-Péray. Saint-Péray is a small appellation in Northern Rhône that produces dry and sparkling white wines. The appellation allows the use of Marsanne and Roussanne varieties, with the former being the dominant variety. Although they are mostly used in blends, there are some varietal examples.
