Augusta Maria Luísa Catarina de Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach [1] (Weimar, 30 de setembro de 1811 - Berlim, 7 de janeiro de 1890) foi a esposa do Imperador Guilherme I, portanto, a Imperatriz Consorte da Alemanha e Rainha Consorte da Prússia até a morte de seu marido em 1888.
Biography. On 13 February 1797 in Berlin, Augusta married Prince William of Hesse-Kassel, eldest surviving son of William IX, Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel. In 1803, the Landgrave was raised to Elector of Hesse, and Prince William succeeded on his father's death in 1821. The marriage of Augusta was politically arranged and unhappy.
Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (German: Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach) was a German state, created as a duchy in 1809 by the merger of the Ernestine duchies of Saxe-Weimar and Saxe-Eisenach, which had been in personal union since 1741. It was raised to a grand duchy in 1815 by resolution of the Congress of Vienna.

A 17 de Junho de 1851, Augusta casou-se com o príncipe Hermano de Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. O príncipe tinha a mesma idade que ela e prestava serviço na cavalaria de Württemberg como oficial. Mais tarde nesse ano, Hermano foi promovido de mestre da cavalaria a tenente-coronel.
