Silent Hill 3 (サイレントヒル 3 Sairento Hiru Surī?) é o terceiro jogo da série de jogos de terror Silent Hill, publicado pela Konami e desenvolvido pela Team Silent, uma equipe dentro da Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo.
