This is a comprehensive discography of Carcass, an extreme metal band from England, who formed in 1985 and disbanded in 1996. The band reformed in 2007 without one of its original members, drummer Ken Owen, for health reasons.

Carcass is considered to be the major inspiration and musical foundation for most deathgrind/goregrind bands, as well as being one of the founding fathers of melodic death metal & death 'n' roll when they had switched their genre to the melodic death metal/death 'n' roll sounds by the early '90s.
