Urs Fischer (born 20 February 1966) is a Swiss football manager and former player who was most recently the manager of Bundesliga club Union Berlin. As a manager he has won two Swiss Super League titles with Basel in 2016 and 2017.

Urs Fischer (* 20. Februar 1966 in Triengen) ist ein Schweizer Fussballtrainer und ehemaliger -spieler. Von 2018 bis Mitte November 2023 war er Trainer des 1. FC Union Berlin, mit dem er von der 2. Fußball-Bundesliga in die Bundesliga aufstieg.
On 1 June 2018, Swiss coach Urs Fischer was announced as new head coach of the club. The team remained in the second tier until the 2018–19 season, when they secured a first promotion to the Bundesliga after defeating VfB Stuttgart in the relegation play-offs. The club's supporters invaded the pitch after the victory, but no one was harmed.
