The default key for opening the GUI is Right Shift, which you can change this via the Minecraft controlsmenu. Inside the GUI, you can left click on a Module to toggle it and right click to configure its settings.

Download your desired version of meteor from above. Go back to the launcher and click the Mods tab in the edit instance window, drag the downloaded meteor JAR into the middle of the mods screen. That’s it, just click Launch to start up Meteor.
