Bernard Sumner (born 4 January 1956) is an English musician. He is a founding member of the bands Joy Division, New Order, Electronic, and Bad Lieutenant.
Bernard Sumner ( Manchester, 4 de janeiro de 1956) é um cantor, compositor, guitarrista, tecladista e produtor musical britânico. [ 7][ 8] Ele é mais conhecido como um membro fundador de duas bandas altamente influentes, Joy Division e New Order.
New Order are an English rock band formed in 1980 by vocalist and guitarist Bernard Sumner, bassist Peter Hook, and drummer Stephen Morris. The members regrouped after the disbandment of their previous band Joy Division due to the suicide of lead singer Ian Curtis.
