While they enjoy the tourism of the city and their daughter, they are the repeated targets of a low-level mugger called 'Muerte' who they foil with relative ease each time he tries to mug them.

Tucci kills it in this movie, but this is just a great overlooked movie. Dennis Quaid at the peak of his charisma, sassy badass Kathleen Turner and great supporting parts by Tom Arnold, Larry Miller and Fiona Shaw. Also, an appearance of a young Dave Chappelle as Tuccis partner.
Jeff is attacked by bumbling thugs Muerte (Stanley Tucci) and Ozzie but are easily repulsed. Muerte vows revenge. Police detectives Halsey (Larry Miller) and Sawyer investigate.
