  1. 26 de jan. de 2022 · Setting to a newly created Material with all default settings suffices to make sprites respond to light. One should set "Intensity Multiple" to 0 and the Environment Lighting color to black, then press the "Generate" button, in order to actually remove the ambient light.

  2. 23 de abr. de 2015 · I am trying to make a scene pitch black, so i can then light it completly how i want. Im finding though with all lights deleted and ambient intensity set to 0 in WINDOW > LIGHTING . My objects are still visible in game mode. Is there anything i am missing?

  3. 25 de jun. de 2023 · Possibly, your sprites won't turn black because of ambient light. If it's at 1.0 then sprites won't look any different than when rendered with the base shader. Just in case, make sure you configured the URP 2DRenderer for use with the 2D lighting package, and upgraded prefabs and scenes if needed.

  4. 12 de ago. de 2014 · You need to first make a material for the sprites that can be affected by unity light. Change the shader of the material to [Sprites → Diffuse]. Change the Material on the renderer menu of the object to this material.

  5. I'm trying to start work on a game set in space, but can't figure out how to make the scene pitch black. I've read that you should set the ambient intensity to 0, but I don't see that setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
