  1. 23 de jun. de 2022 · Accurate identification of microRNA (miRNA) targets at base-pair resolution has been an open problem for over a decade. The recent discovery of miRNA isoforms (isomiRs) adds more complexity to...

  2. 13 de jul. de 2018 · In this paper we present miRAW, a novel miRNA target prediction tool that works with raw input data and which makes no assumptions about suitable input descriptors. miRAW scans the 3’UTR of the gene to identify potential target sites.

  3. 10 de jan. de 2022 · Two-fold cross-validation was used for building and optimising breast cancer-associated miRNA panels. An optimal panel was validated in cohorts with Caucasian and Asian samples.

  4. 27 de mar. de 2019 · In this paper, we propose a new model of Logistic Model Tree for predicting miRNA-Disease Association (LMTRDA) by fusing multi-source information including miRNA sequences, miRNA functional similarity, disease semantic similarity, and known miRNA-disease associations.

  5. 23 de fev. de 2015 · In this work, we applied a model-guided synthetic biology approach to quantitatively analyze the behavior of miRNA-mediated ceRNA regulation. Consistent with recent computational simulations ( 8 – 10 ), our results suggested that the ceRNA network operates in a highly quantitative manner.

  6. 17 de jun. de 2021 · A novel network projection-based dual random walk with restart (NPRWR) was used to predict potential disease-related miRNAs. The NPRWR model aims to estimate and accurately predict miRNA–disease associations by using dual random walk with restart and network projection technology, respectively.
