27 de fev. de 2023 · In December 2022, DMB signed a purchase agreement with Raytheon Technologies, which became effective on February 27, 2023 due to the official approvals now available. The change of name from Raytheon Anschütz GmbH to Anschütz GmbH will officially be completed with the entry in the commercial register.
27 de fev. de 2023 · Em dezembro de 2022, a DMB assinou um contrato de compra com a Raytheon Technologies, que entrou em vigor em 27 de fevereiro de 2023 devido às aprovações oficiais agora disponíveis. A mudança de nome de Raytheon Anschütz GmbH para Anschütz GmbH será oficialmente concluída com a entrada no registro comercial.
