The Assassin's Cloak is an animated Equipment item under the "Arms" category. Equipping it grants you 6 Health, 3% Stealth, 3 Pips (One guaranteed legendary Pip), and the Talent Now You See Me, which increases stealth while crouching and silences the unsheathing animation.
