19 de set. de 2018 · Yes, the White Star Pro was the first Kneissl produced in that mold, and was followed shortly later by the Lendl Pro, which added Kevlar aramid fiber to the composition (and was the first racquet with Kevlar that I can recall). The WS Pro was a very stiff and powerful racquet in its time.
In 1978, Ivan Lendl became ITF Junior World Champion of the year, and ATP Player of the Year in 1979. In December 1980, Kneissl introduced the White Star Ivan Lendl which was similar to the White Star Pro, but additionally featured the component kevlar.

The White Star Twin is, or was, the ultimate performance racquet from Kneissl. In fact it looks a lot like the adidas racquet used by Ivan Lendl… Like the Masters 30 this racquet was made in Austria and uses a bountiful amount of fiberglass included in the graphite matrix.
