The BSI Storage Facility (K-9) is a bunker that is used to store items of value, from Bon's Burgers after its closure on July 20th, 1974 due to "budget reasons." After the first tape ends, a clip of what seems to be an infographic about the facility is shown.
The K-9 Storage Facility is a recurring location in The Walten Files. It is a somewhat large storage bunker located deep in Saint Juana’s Forest. It is a major part of the relocate project, and holds great significance in the story, as it contains all the Bon's Burger animatronics.

Ok we all know Felix buried edd and Molly in the Saint Juana's Forest, and the k-9 storage facility is located there as well. My question is was the k-9 storage facility built before or after the accident?
Saint Juana's Forest is a local forest in Brighton, Michigan, and is where the K-9 Storage Facility and burial place of Edd and Molly Walten are located. The K-9 Storage Facility lies in the forest, but is hard to find, so it is likely located deep within.
