PSP Mame4All by TTYman is a port of MAME, a PC emulator of arcade games. It is based on the MAME GP2X emulator v4.9 developed by Franxis, an adaptation of MAME4All on Dreamcast (which itself is a port of MAME 0.34).
Version 5.1 Latest. Originally released for the GP2X on 30 November 2007. The PSP-specific patches by TTYman are unchanged from version 4.9r2 (the last one made available on PSP, until now). Release notes from the authors: Slaanesh: Added Knuckle Joe (kncljoe) (from MAME 0.37b12). Updated Warp Warp. Now playable with full sound.
PSP MAME4ALL is port created by TTYman, and based on the MAME GP2x emulator developed by Franxis. MAME GP2x saw its last release (version 5.1) in November 2007. The same developer would later start the 'MAME4ALL for GP2X' project - which supported a wider romset, and had its last release in March 2010 (version 2.5).
