The image was probably taken somewhere in America, as the un-cropped image has an american-style outlet on the bottom right.
Unfortunately, this is not the real location or even the same company or place that has the backrooms's original photo. Connors cold storage is a storage company, not an office building, would it make sense for the backrooms to be in there? Not much sense.
