Fess Elisha Parker, Jr. (Fort Worth, 16 de agosto de 1924 — Santa Ynez, 18 de março de 2010) foi um ator norte-americano bastante conhecido a partir da década de 1950, por interpretar Davy Crockett e Daniel Boone.
Fess Parker was an American actor, singer, winemaker, and resort owner-operator who is known for playing the titular role in the miniseries Davy Crockett as well as in the action-adventure series Daniel Boone.

He enlisted in the U.S. Navy [6] in the latter part of the Second World War, [7][8] hoping to become a pilot. He was turned down because he was too tall at 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m). [9] He then tried to become a radioman gunner, but he was found too large to fit comfortably into the rear cockpit.
