Shironeko Project: Zero Chronicle. The world is divided into two kingdoms: the Kingdom of White, which floats in the heavens and is ruled by their queen Iris, and the Kingdom of Black, which stands upon desolate land below and houses the King of Darkness as its ruler.

(白猫プロジェクト ZERO CHRONICLE, Shironeko Project: Zero Chronicle) is an animation based on the event Zero Chronicle: Hajimari no Tsumi from the game Shironeko Project. The anime had 12 episodes and first aired between April and June 2020 in Japan. The anime was released in two DVDs on June and July 2020, each containing six episodes.
The world is divided into light and dark, ruled by the Queen of Light and King of Darkness.
The anime starts with a ruined world getting attacked by monsters. A young boy tries to save the children from his village, but fails, being the only survivor from the attack. While digging the ground to give a funeral to everyone, he meets a knight who was supposed to be the King of Darkness. He teaches the boy how to use the sword and gives him his sword before dying, telling him to search for Vallus. The boy sets out on a journey, entitling himself the "Prince of Darkness" and aiming to be the next King of Darkness.
