The Seven Sirens are a group of enigmatic Sirens who are secretly the rulers of Paradise Island, residing underground. They are responsible for the kidnapping of the Half-Genies during the Half-Genie Festival, and are the eponymous main antagonists in Shantae and the Seven Sirens.
Shantae and the Seven Sirens is a platform game developed and published by WayForward. It is the fifth game in the Shantae series, following Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (2016). The game follows half-genie Shantae on the tropical Paradise Island, which she must explore to rescue other half-genies kidnapped by the eponymous Seven Sirens.
Shantae and the Seven Sirens (formerly known as Shantae 5) is the fifth installment of the series. The first part of the game was released for, and alongside, Apple Arcade on September 19, 2019. After initially being slated for late 2019, the second part of the game was delayed.
