You can access your Seneca email through your web browser: Go to MySeneca. Select Student MySeneca. Select Email. In the Outlook sign in screen, enter your My.Seneca email address (username) and password when prompted. You can also access your Seneca email through an email client, such as Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook, and from your smartphone.

Seneca students, employees, and retirees are provided with email, calendar and contacts, so that we can stay connected and in sync. Microsoft Office 365 allows Senecans to access email and calendars, as well as Office Web Apps, instant messaging, conferencing and file sharing.
All Seneca employee e-mail addresses take the format of firstname.lastname@senecacollege.ca. Correspondence with College students and employees should only be from their Seneca account. *Edited: 10/2022*
