On Windows, the file explorer lacks an "open a terminal here" feature, to open a terminal in the scrcpy directory, ready to execute adb or scrcpy. The release now contains a file open_a_terminal_here.bat ( #2970 ).
You can download SCRCPY for Windows from the official SCRCPY Github release page. Look for the latest release that includes a Windows binary in the Assets section and download the file.
