Spiros Vasiliou Markezinis (en griego, Σπυρίδων Μαρκεζίνης; Atenas, 22 de abril de 1909 – ibídem, 4 de enero de 2000), fue un político griego, miembro del Parlamento Helénico y brevemente primer ministro de Grecia durante 48 días durante el intento de gobierno militar de Georgios Papadopoulos.
Spíros Markezínis (en grec : Σπύρος Μαρκεζίνη diminutif de Σπυρίδων Μαρκεζίνης) est un avocat, écrivain et homme politique grec né à Athènes le 22 avril 1909 et mort à Athènes le 4 janvier 2000. Il fut longtemps membre du Parlement hellénique et brièvement Premier ministre .

Soon after that, Spyros Markezinis had the task of requesting Georgios Papadopoulos to reimpose martial law. An official investigation undertaken after the fall of the junta declared that no students of the Athens Polytechnic were killed during the incident. However, 24 civilians were killed outside the campus.
