Saint-Raphaël (Occitaans: Sant-Rafèu) is een kustgemeente in het Franse departement Var (regio Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). De gemeente telde 35.950 inwoners op 1 januari 2021. De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Draguignan. Samen met Fréjus staat Saint-Raphaël ook wel bekend als Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël.
Saint-Raphaël ist die östlichste Gemeinde des Départements Var. Sie liegt südwestlich von Cannes (24 Kilometer Luftlinie) und nordöstlich von Saint-Tropez (20 Kilometer Luftlinie) und ist sowohl Seebad als auch Winter kurort. Die Stadt liegt in der Bucht Baie de Saint-Raphaël und ist im Westen mit Fréjus zusammengewachsen.
