Christopher Fitzgerald Droney (born June 22, 1954) is an American lawyer who formerly served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Christopher F. Droney was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He joined the court in 2011 after a nomination from President Barack Obama (D). Droney retired from full-time service, assuming senior status, on June 30, 2019. He left the court on January 2, 2020, to work in private practice.
