Bea Ballard (also known professionally as Beatrice Ballard;) is a British television executive producer. She is chief executive of 10 Star Entertainment, a production company set up in 2009 with investment from Fremantle. She is the daughter of novelist J. G. Ballard.
CEO & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER – 10 STAR ENTERTAINMENT. Bea Ballard left the BBC after being approached by Fremantle Media to set up 10 Star Entertainment with their backing. Within 6 months of setting up, she won commissions from ITV and created a number of successful prime time shows for ITV.

James Graham Ballard (15 November 1930 – 19 April 2009) was an English novelist and short story writer, satirist and essayist known for psychologically provocative works of fiction that explore the relations between human psychology, technology, sex and mass media.
Bea Ballard is a multi Emmy and BAFTA award-winning television producer, format creator, and entertainment executive. She founded production company Unlimited Dreams to develop and produce programming for UK and international broadcasters and channels.
Bea is the daughter of world-renowned author J.G.Ballard. Following his death in 2009, she and her sister became joint literary executors and co-owners of The J.G.Ballard Estate.
