Francis Rory Peregrine Anderson (Londres, 11 de setembro de 1938) é um historiador, filósofo político e ensaísta marxista inglês, professor de História e Sociologia na Universidade da Califórnia em Los Angeles e editor da New Left Review. É irmão do historiador Benedict Anderson.
