Paul Bril ( Antuérpia ou Bredene, 1554 — Roma, 1626) foi um pintor e paisagista flamengo barroco, presente e ativo na cidade de Roma do século XVII. Era ainda irmão do também célebre Mathijs Bril.
Paul Bril [1] (1554 – 7 October 1626) was a Flemish painter and printmaker principally known for his landscapes. [2] He spent most of his active career in Rome. His Italianate landscapes had a major influence on landscape painting in Italy and Northern Europe. [3]

Born and trained in Antwerp, Paul Bril went to Rome in 1575 and became the leading landscape painter in the city. His earliest works there were small highly finished forest scenes in the Flemish manner but his style was transformed by the study of contemporary Italian landscape painting, especially the work of Annibale Carracci.
