Lenore Carol Blum (née Epstein, born December 18, 1942) is an American computer scientist and mathematician who has made contributions to the theories of real number computation, cryptography, and pseudorandom number generation.
Lenore Blum is a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University, known for her work on complexity and real computation. She is also the founder of Project Olympus, a program to promote women in computing, and the co-director of the NSF-ITR ALADDIN Center.
