Henry FitzJames (6 August 1673 – 16 December 1702), titular 1st Duke of Albemarle in the Jacobite peerage, was the illegitimate son of King James II of England and VII of Scotland by Arabella Churchill, sister of the first Duke of Marlborough.

Henry FitzJames, I duque de Albemarle (en la nobleza jacobita) (6 de agosto de 1673 - 16 de diciembre de 1702), fue el hijo ilegítimo del rey Jacobo II y VII con Arabella Churchill, hermana del primer duque de Marlborough.
2 de jul. de 2019 · Henry became a marshal in the french army and counselled his father not to trust John Churchill. At one point he was captured by another his Churchill uncles and only released when exchanged with a French prisoner. He became the Duke of Berwick but its a Jacobite title rather than one recognised by the English peerage.
