Jean-Marie Musy (10 April 1876 – 19 April 1952) was a Swiss politician. Affiliated with the Christian Democratic People's Party of Switzerland, he was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on 11 December 1919 served until 30 April 1934.

He was head of the Order of Malta delegation at the conference of the reconstruction of Iraq in 2004 and to the Euro Mediterranean Conference in 2005. In 2003 Jean-Marie Musy, born in Switzerland, was appointed Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Kingdom of Spain.
