Josep Borrell Fontelles (La Pobla de Segur, 24 de Abril de 1947) é um político espanhol, foi ministro dos Assuntos Exteriores de Espanha. [1] Foi presidente do Parlamento Europeu de 20 de Julho de 2004 a 16 de Janeiro de 2007.
