Lowell Stacy "Casey" Cagle (born January 12, 1966) is an American politician who served as the 11th lieutenant governor of Georgia from 2007 to 2019. He was previously a Republican Party member of the Georgia General Assembly from 1996 to 2007.

Cagle was a Republican candidate for governor of Georgia in 2018. He was defeated by Secretary of State Brian Kemp in the July 24 Republican gubernatorial runoff.
