Susan Spencer-Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough (previously Spencer and Lady Blandford; 10 April 1767 – 2 April 1841), formerly Lady Susan Stewart, was the wife of George Spencer-Churchill, 5th Duke of Marlborough. Lady Susan Stewart was the daughter of John Stewart, 7th Earl of Galloway, and his second wife, the former Anne Dashwood.
She married George Spencer Churchill 5th Duke of Marlborough on 15 September 1791, in St James, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 2 April 1841, in Mayfair, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom, at the age of 73, and was buried in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England, United Kingdom.
