Martin Franz Julius Luther ( German: [ˈmaʁtiːn ˈlʊtɐ] ⓘ, 16 December 1895 – 13 May 1945) was a German diplomat. A member of the Nazi Party, he was a protégé of Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop, first as an advisor in the Ribbentrop Bureau ( Dienststelle Ribbentrop ), and later as a diplomat in the Foreign Office ( Auswärtiges Amt ).

Martin Franz Julius Luther (* 16. Dezember 1895 in Berlin; † 13. Mai 1945 ebenda) war in der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus Berater von Joachim von Ribbentrop, zunächst in der Dienststelle Ribbentrop, ab 1938 im Auswärtigen Amt (AA) des Deutschen Reichs. Ab 1941 hatte er die Stellung eines Unterstaatssekretärs .

Shortly after the onset of World War I, he enlisted as a volunteer in the Prussian army. Until 1918, he served with the railroad troops. He reached the rank of reserve lieutenant.
